Clinical Reflexology for Womens Health

Reflexology can help to support women through all stages of their life, from the onset menstruation, pregnancy, peri-menopause, and menopause. Based on the theory that your feet represent a map of your body, with specific points on your feet linking to different organs and parts of your body. Stimulating these reflex points can trigger a healing process, aid relaxation, improve wellbeing and homeostasis in the body.
